Chief and Mrs. Gary Batton
Gary Batton is the 47th Chief of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, the third-largest Indian tribe in the United States. He was sworn into office on April 28, 2014, upon Chief Gregory E. Pyle’s retirement. Batton lives in Clayton, Oklahoma with his wife, Angie. They have two children and two grandchildren.

This scholarship is for senior students majoring in health care. Recipients must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
