Ms. Jacquelyn Duggan

After graduating in the class of ’49 from Denison High School, he entered Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, graduating in 1953. While attending Southeastern, he served as president of three national fraternities: Blue Key, Phi Sigma Epsilon and Alpha Phi Omega. He was also president of the Interfraternity Council at the school.
Impact
This scholarship is for students majoring in Art. Recipients must be U.S. citizens, enrolled full-time, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students from Oklahoma or Texas.
