President's Leadership Class-Non-Residents

This scholarship is for incoming freshmen students accepted into the President’s Leadership Class. Recipients must be non-Oklahoma residents, enrolled full-time, and have at least a 3.0 GPA, with an ACT Composite of 20 or SAT of 1030 or higher. This is a four-year award and recipients must meet the requirements and participate in PLC activities to continue receiving the award.
