Regional University Baccalaureate Scholars

This scholarship is for incoming freshmen students accepted into the Honors Program or President’s Leadership Class. Recipients must be Oklahoma residents, enrolled full-time, have a minimum 30 ACT. This is a four-year award and recipients must meet the requirements and complete at least 24 credit hours per academic year to continue receiving the award.
