Honors Program- Out-of-State University Honors Scholars

This scholarship is for incoming freshmen students accepted into the Honors Program. Recipients must be Non-Oklahoma residents, enrolled full-time, and have a minimum 28 ACT or 1310 SAT. This is a four-year award and recipients must meet the requirements set forth by the Honors Program every semester to continue receiving the award.
