Walter D. "Buddy" Gaster Endowed Scholarship

1) This scholarship is for incoming freshmen students or current SE students in good standing who are members of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma and who graduated from an Oklahoma high school. Students must be enrolled full-time, have a minimum 23 ACT or SAT equivalent, and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference given to students who graduated from Carter, Murray, Marshall, Love, Garvin, or Johnston counties. This is a four-year award and recipients must meet the requirements each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.

2) This scholarship is also for transfer students who are members of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma. Preference given to Murray State College Recipients must be enrolled full-time, and have an associate’s degree, and be an enrolled Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma member.
