Greg Armstrong Scholarship

This scholarship is for first-generation students from the following counties in Oklahoma and Texas: Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Choctaw, Cooke, Fannin, Grayson, Johnston, Lamar, Love, Marshall, McCurtain, Pittsburgh, and Pushmataha.
1) A semester award that pays the expected out-of-pocket costs for tuition and fees up to $2,000 per semester after federal aid, state aid, and all other scholarships the student receives are applied. (Gap Award)
Recipients must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Enrolled full-time
• Complete at least 24 hours per academic year
• Complete the general scholarship application each year
• Apply for federal financial aid and have a completed financial aid file each year prior to the first day of classes (Gap only)
o Turn in all requested documents to the Financial Aid Office
• Apply for at least 1 external scholarship each year (Gap only)
o Must provide proof of application
